Job description

Managing the end-to-end process from designing new campaign ads to screening and sourcing quality candidates. Apply a critical mindset to ensure candidates meet campaign requirements. This role entails working closely with the Operations Departments, so you must have strong relationship-building skills. A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work in a pressurized environment is needed for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Write adverts and post on our recruitment platform
• Implement initiatives & referral initiatives to attract outbound sales candidates
• Ensure fulfilment of the end-to-end recruitment function including sourcing, telephonic screening, competency-based interviews, assessments, compliance & all other related functions
• All administrative related duties
• Ensure high quality standards are adhered to

Requirements and Qualifications

• 2+ years end-to-end recruitment experience

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm
• Must be willing to work overtime due to operational requirements
