About The Position

Go Carpathian is looking for a Recruiter to join our team! Your primary responsibility involves closing vacancies for our clients. You’ll conduct interviews, source candidates, post job ads, lead client kick-off meetings, and contribute to recruitment-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to established procedures
• Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients
• Proactively build talent pipelines
• Input and manage data in our database
• Daily collaboration with the team
• Deliver comprehensive recruitment reports
• Act as an ambassador for Go Carpathian

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in any social science
• Experience as an in-house or agency recruiter
• Experience with recruiter tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive attitude with a knack for execution
• Genuine interest in recruitment and selection processes

Additional Requirements

• Ability to partially overlap work with US hours
• Ability to work as an independent contractor
