This role involves overseeing all aspects of the center, from program development and staff management to budget control and facility upkeep, ensuring a vibrant and welcoming environment for all members and visitors. You will be responsible for driving membership growth, enhancing program offerings, and maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is passionate about community engagement and recreational activities, with a proven track record in facility management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the recreation center , including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Develop, implement, and promote a diverse range of recreational programs and activities for various age groups and interests.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, ensuring a safe and inviting atmosphere for all users.
• Develop and manage the annual operating budget, optimizing revenue streams and controlling expenses.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate recreation staff to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.

Requirements
