Responsibilities

• Oversee reconciliations by SSBT and identify breaks.
• Ensure timely investigation and escalation of breaks.
• Communicate issues to internal stakeholders across Funds/Mandates.
• Build relationships with external stakeholders to improve processes.
• Query and resolve discrepancies with SSBT and maintain audit trails.
• Escalate high-risk breaks to senior stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date reconciliation procedures and documentation.
