The Branch Recon Manager will be responsible for overseeing the reconciliation processes within the organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage and lead a team effectively.

Qualifications/ Experience

1. Matric
2. Code 8 License (valid)
3. Minimum 3-5 Years’ experience in similar role
4. Confident and proactive approach – anticipates issues and requirements
5. Must have strong leadership qualities and have ability to manage Company Policies
6. High level of technical expertise
7. Proven experience in reconciliation management, with a strong understanding of financial processes
