Receptionist / Office Sales Associate required in Durbanville.

Are you organised, people-focused, and confident in both admin and customer service? Our client in Durbanville is looking for a bilingual (Afrikaans & English) Receptionist & Sales Assistant to handle front-desk duties, assist with sales support, and manage general administrative tasks.

Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Pastel, own transport, and a willingness to work Saturdays when needed are essential.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role.

Duties and Responsibilities::

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional demeanour.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized reception area.
  • Promote the Company product line to incoming clients which can be converted into sales.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and purchases, including support for the online shop.
  • Track inventory and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Handle invoicing for restaurants and shops that stock Company products.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, booking parcels with courier companies, and ordering stationery.
  • Provide support to various departments as needed.
