Introduction

Gstaad Palace, with 90 rooms and suites, 5 restaurants, 2 bars, and a legendary nightclub, is an internationally renowned 5-star luxury hotel. Owned by the Scherz family, it is one of the last traditionally family-run grand hotels and a Swiss landmark.

We are looking for a Receptionist (m/w) starting around December 2025 or by arrangement, for a fixed-term position (Winter Season 2025/26).

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist the team with daily operations
  • Check-in and check-out of guests
  • Guest care
  • Invoice verification
  • Daily closing procedures
  • Restaurant billing
  • Credit card controlling
  • Adhere to and implement LQA standards
Your Profile
  • Completed commercial or equivalent training, with several years of similar experience in hospitality
  • An outgoing, well-groomed person who loves guest contact
  • Team player
  • Flexible, resilient, responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Good knowledge of German, French, and English; additional languages are a plus
