MAIN PURPOSE OF THE
JOB
To provide reception services, welcome visitors and maintain the
reception area in a professional manner
KEY PERFORMANCE
AREAS
Provide switch board services by screening incoming calls and
transferring to relevant staff in Provincial Office
Provide reception and administrative services
Handling face-to-face enquiries from visitors
Control inventory relevant to reception area and ensure the
reception area is maintained in a presentable state at all times
Plan and coordinate support personnel diaries.
Coordinate provincial office fleet.
REQUIRED MINIMUM
EDUCATION
Matric (NQF level 4)
Office Administration Certificate as added advantage
REQUIRED WORK
EXPERIENCE
1-2 year’s relevant work experience
Knowledge of switchboard system
Knowledge of Seda products and services and Seda’s role within
the SMME Sector
