Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist and a Junior Administrator to join our team at our new Vereeniging Branch!


Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Basic Invoicing
  2. Assist walk-in clients & dealers
  3. Maintain office systems
  4. Assist Vehicle Sales Personnel with admin documentation
  5. Assist Vehicle Buying Personnel with admin documentation
  6. Serve as a liaison between the branch and Head office
  7. Manage the maintenance and organization of office equipment and supplies
  8. Monthly reporting
  9. Knowledge of how the Vehicle industry works (and the terminology used)

  1. Fully bilingual
  2. Strong organizational skills with fine attention to detail
  3. Excellent Customer Service skills
  4. Be organized and able to take direction under authority
  5. Excellent Listening skills
  6. Excellent telephone etiquette
  7. Strong personality that can manage heavy workloads

  9. Must be able to delegate and manage people successfully

Further Requirements

  1. Must preferably reside in Vereeniging or surrounding area
  2. Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  3. Must have own transport and valid driver’s license
  4. Must be willing to work every second weekend and some public holidays
  5. Minimum education: Diploma/Degree
  6. No criminal record
  7. Contactable references and accurate history
  8. Available in February/March 2025
