This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment while also supporting core human resources and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Reception / Front Desk Duties
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls appropriately.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms to ensure a clean, organized environment.
Schedule and prepare meeting rooms as required.
Maintain a physical presence at the reception desk during working hours.
HR Administrative Support
Assist with job posting and tracking applications.
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Maintain HR records and spreadsheets (CVs, interview feedback, etc.).
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Handle confidential employee information with discretion.
General Administration
Maintain and update company documents, records, and logs.
Track key dates for renewals, licenses, and compliance deadlines.
Order office and marketing supplies as needed.
Support the broader team with administrative tasks and coordination.

Ideal Candidate
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or HR support role or Receptionist role
Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or Administration
Previous experience in a reception or client-facing position is a plus.
Familiarity with basic HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High level of professionalism and reliability.
Previous experience as a document controller/ formatting experience is a plus
Compliance experience is a plus
Previous experience in Training and Development is a plus
