A leading company in South Africa seeks a dedicated receptionist to handle general reception duties and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will manage phone calls, maintain office supplies, and perform secretarial tasks, contributing to a high standard of service and professionalism in the workplace.
Purpose:The purpose of this job is to ensure that all general reception duties are achieved on a daily basis, by ensuring excellent internal and external customer service at the reception desk ensuring customer satisfaction resulting in the promotion of the business.
