Receptionist / Front Office Administrator –Cape Town.
Our client based in the Northern suburbs is looking to hire a professional front office administrator and receptionist.
The ideal candidate should be available within a twee week period due to the importance of this role within their business.
Salary: R20 000 – R25 000 per month.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (non-negotiable)

Duties and Responsibilities:
General Duties:
- Provide comprehensive support to the management team
- Assist with the implementation of quality standards, policies, and procedures
- Promote a positive, productive, and professional work environment
Reception Desk Management, including:
- Operating a professional switchboard and handling calls efficiently
- Welcoming and assisting clients in a professional manner
- Performing general secretarial support duties
- Managing day-to-day office administration tasks
- Coordinating and maintaining directors’ diaries and schedules
Office Administration, including:
- Coordinating and arranging company functions and events
- Managing travel bookings and overnight accommodation arrangements
- Assisting with training registers and maintaining FASSET records for the office
- Supporting proper filing systems and electronic server file management
- Maintaining SAICA/IRBA CPD registers for directors
- Providing support with FIC compliance requirements
- Assisting with accounts receivable processes
- Managing petty cash and office grocery supplies
- Driving improvements in general internal administration processes
- Taking minutes of key meetings, including management meetings
- Monitoring and ensuring staff compliance with office policies
Client Administration, including:
- Managing client onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensuring compliance with FIC requirements
- Updating and maintaining accurate client records and details
- Performing related administrative tasks as required
