Job Title: Receptionist/Front of House Administrator
Location: Sandton, Johannesburg
Desired Start Date: 1st June 2024
Salary: Between 8-10K Per Month depending on experience

Our client is a prominent wedding boutique with branches in Cape Town and Johannesburg, dedicated to curating unforgettable experiences for their clients. They showcase a stunning array of wedding gowns, accessories, and services tailored to meet the dreams of every bride-to-be. With a focus on excellence and attention to detail, they are seeking a dynamic Receptionist/Front of House (FOH) Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, warmly welcoming them to the studio and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Administrative Support: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the studio calendar.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to ensure a personalized experience.
  • Assist with Sales: Support the sales team by guiding clients through the boutique, showcasing our products, and assisting with fittings and consultations.
  • Studio Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and studio space are clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including receiving shipments, updating product records, and conducting stock checks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across various departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client experiences.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred.
  • A background in fashion is advantageous, with a keen eye for bridal trends and styles.
