REPORTING TO: Branch Manager

JOB GRADE: B2 Minimum Midpoint

TOTAL CTC: R145 737 - R171 456

LOCATION: Eastern Cape: Amathole Branch

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To provide reception services, welcome visitors/clients, and maintain the reception area in a professional manner.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
  1. Provide switchboard services by screening incoming calls and transferring to relevant staff in Branch Office.
  2. Provide reception, administrative services, and handle face-to-face enquiries from visitors.
  3. Control inventory relevant to reception area and ensure the reception area is maintained in a presentable state at all times.
  4. Plan and coordinate practitioners’ diaries.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Matric (NQF Level 4)
  • Office Administration Certificate (added advantage)
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE
  • Knowledge of switchboard system
  • Knowledge of Seda products, services, and Seda’s role within the SMME Sector
