Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for our esteemed clients, offering a warm and professional welcome.
• Assist in creating an inviting and customer-focused atmosphere within our stores.
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and appointments with grace and efficiency.
• Coordinate with the sales team and support daily operations.
• Learn about our exquisite jewelry collections and assist in showcasing them to our clients.
• Be a vital part of our dynamic team, contributing to a memorable client experience.

• Must be able to clearly communicate guests' needs to Sales Manager, Sales Executives, etc.
• General administration duties

Minimum requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) essential
• 2 to 3 years' Hostess/Reception experience, preferably in retail/ FMCG or Hospitality
• Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle
• MS Office literate
• Customer service
• Excellent communication skills, with good spoken English skills
• Listening skills
• Interpersonal and people skills
• Attention to detail and thoroughness
• Ability to work flawlessly and effortless under stress and pressure
• Possess pleasant personality and enthusiastic attitude
