Our client in Stellenbosch is looking for a Receptionist / Administration Clerk. The Administration Clerk is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical, and administrative support to ensure effective service delivery, accurate processing of customer orders, and completion of general admin tasks.

Requirements:
High School Diploma. Computer training in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
At least 1 year of experience (paid or volunteer) in office or clerical support roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide office support services: Receive, direct, and relay telephone and fax messages in the absence of the Client Services Administrator. Maintain general filing systems for customer sales and correspondence. Assist in planning and preparing meetings. Maintain inventory of office supplies. Respond to public inquiries and refer them appropriately. Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
  • Perform clerical duties: Maintain accurate filing systems for customer data and orders. Process and invoice customer orders. Monitor supply and equipment use. Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Receptionist and admin functions: Answer incoming calls professionally, redirect calls, and take messages. Greet and assist clients and visitors. Support management and staff. Perform accounting and general administration as instructed by the GM.
  • Support staff: Assist management and staff as needed. Provide administrative services for management.
  • Additional duties: Perform other related duties as required.
