The Africa Health Research Institute (AHRI) is seeking a Receptionist to join the Clinical Trials Unit (CTU) at our Somkhele campus. This role serves as the first point of contact for CTU and plays a vital role in representing both the unit and the broader organization with professionalism and warmth. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming and guiding clinical trial participants, ensuring a respectful and courteous experience for all individuals, including AHRI/CTU staff, study personnel, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be presentable, polite, friendly, and approachable, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. In addition to front desk responsibilities, the Receptionist will support various administrative tasks as assigned by the line manager. The role may occasionally require working outside of standard hours, including weekends and public holidays, depending on study needs.
