  1. Manage costs/expenses within the approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies.
  2. Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
  3. Ensure efficiency in answering the telephone, directing calls, and ensuring calls are directed to the correct individuals.
  4. Ensure all communications with clients are professional, resulting in compliments.
  5. Resolve all customer queries efficiently and within agreed timelines.
  6. Provide efficient administrative services through careful and timely planning, reporting, and updating of all related information.
  7. Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
  8. Serve as the first point of contact for FNB visitors, determine their needs, and direct them accordingly.
  9. Manage own development to increase own competencies.

You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You Have

  1. Matric and additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  2. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Professional attitude and appearance.
  5. Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  7. Excellent organizational skills.
  8. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  9. Customer service attitude.
