OUR SCHOOL :

ROLE SUMMARY :

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or venue.
• Maintaining a neat reception area and piazza.
• Answering phones, taking messages, and emailing staff.
• Forwarding emails to relevant staff members.
• Receiving deliveries and distributing post.
• Greeting prospective students, parents, and staff.
• Updating emergency contact lists and procedures.
• Assisting with large public relations events like open days and information sessions.
• Printing and emailing documents as needed.
• Typing educational materials and assessments if required.
• Compiling, updating, and generating class lists each term.
• Updating student and parent contact details as permitted.
