Responsibilities

  • Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Managing the reception area and ensuring it is clean and organized
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
