What Will You Do? (Key Responsibilities)

As a Receptionist & Administrator, your main role will be to support the General Manager and ensure smooth operations at the retirement village. Your duties will include:

Answering and directing phone calls from residents and visitors.
Welcoming guests and ensuring they feel comfortable.
Handling emails and correspondence, including application requests and interview scheduling.
Typing and filing general documents.
Organizing entertainment events, church services, and chapel bookings.
Managing ticket sales and payments for events.
Taking meeting minutes and sharing them with residents and staff.
Handling any additional administrative tasks to support the team.

Who Can Apply? (Requirements)

To qualify for this job, you need:

Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
Computer Skills: Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Typing speed: At least 40 words per minute (WPM)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (friendly and professional)
