A leading warehousing and distribution company, servicing the hospitality and restaurant industry for over 20 years, is looking for an experienced Receiving Manager to join their operations team.

This hands-on, fast-paced role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all incoming goods, maintaining accurate stock levels, and implementing effective inventory control measures to ensure operational efficiency.

Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 per month.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in warehouse receiving and inventory management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise warehouse teams.
• High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Relevant qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain (advantageous).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the receipt, inspection, and storage of all incoming goods.
• Supervise the receiving team to ensure efficient warehouse operations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock movements
• Conduct regular stocktakes and cycle counts to verify accuracy
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve delivery discrepancies
