We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Rebate Controller (FTC) for 12 months within our Group Services operating unit in Westville, Durban. The Rebate Controller will be responsible for processing rebates and reconciliations.

• Matric plus an accounting / finance-based tertiary qualification.
• 1 - 2 years relevant experience in preparing reconciliations and processing rebates.
• Understanding of rebate business processes and practices.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Managing and clearing rebate-related Debtors accounts.
• Preparing monthly rebate reports.
• Cash flow forecasting.
• Monitoring the financial health of Rebate Accounts through Age Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Resolving queries and issues on accounts.
• Preparing reconciliations as required.
• Following up and clearing all reconciliation queries and variances.
