Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Sales and Rental Agent. The agent will be responsible for facilitating property sales and rentals, providing specialist advice to clients, and building long-term relationships. They will also focus on customer service, sales, and real property transactions on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Real Estate License and Real Estate skills

• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Your Role Will Involve:

• Taking ownership of property listings from start to finish.
• Mastering property viewings and client engagement.
• Expertly negotiating and finalising both sales and rental agreements.
• Being the trusted advisor for clients navigating real estate transactions.

We Require:

• Real Estate License (valid FFC) or willingness to apply for one, with a strong background in rentals.
• A solid understanding of JHB North's property market trends and local rental regulations.
• Proven negotiation and sales prowess.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• The ability to work autonomously, manage your time effectively, and meet targets.
• While real estate experience is a plus, your motivation and drive are key!
• Must be actively working and living in the JHB North area.
