We are hiring a full-time Real Estate Agent position based at our office on Marine Circle. We’re looking for an experienced sales professional who wants to take their career to the next level with the backing of a trusted global brand and a supportive local team.

The role involves managing property sales across the Western Seaboard, conducting market research, listing and marketing homes, assisting clients through the sales process, and closing successful deals.

Minimum Requirements

• Real estate experience preferred (Sales or Rentals)
• Proven track record in sales and customer service
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Familiarity with market research, pricing, and presenting to clients
• Car, laptop and smartphone essential
• Financial stability to support yourself during the commission ramp-up period (approx. 6 months)
• MUST currently live in the Blouberg / Milnerton / Western Seaboard area
• FFC/NQF4 is a strong advantage - or must be willing to obtain
• Excellent knowledge of how to research market trends and present statistics to clients
