Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Rental Agent located in the Garden Route. The Real Estate Rental Agent will be responsible for managing landlord/tenant matters, assisting with property management, and delivering excellent customer service. The role includes daily tasks such as coordinating property viewings, liaising with landlords and tenants, and addressing client inquiries both in-office and remotely.

Qualifications

• Experience in Landlord/Tenant Matters and Property Management
• Proficient in Estate Agents processes and practices
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Real estate license is preferred
• Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus
