Key Responsibilities :
  1. Act as the primary contact for new client onboarding.
  2. Guide clients through initial steps and provide support as needed.
  3. Respond to client questions professionally, offering solutions independently.
  4. Troubleshoot tech issues (e.g., portal access, form submissions).
  5. Collaborate to improve automation processes, aiming for 90% automation.
  6. Assist with recruiting tasks, such as pre-screening or coordinating interviews.
  7. Represent the company with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
What We're Looking For :
  1. Proactive decision-maker who takes ownership and solves problems independently.
  2. Excellent English communication skills with a natural American tone.
  3. Strong understanding of U.S. real estate terminology and workflows.
  4. Experience in client-facing administrative or onboarding roles.
  5. Ability to stay composed, confident, and articulate under pressure.
  6. Leadership mindset—taking initiative without waiting for instructions.
  7. Comfort with CRMs, online forms, and automation tools.
  8. Based in Latin America or South Africa for optimal cultural alignment and time zone coverage.
