Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2–4 years of real estate investment analysis experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Solid understanding of real estate valuation methods and metrics.
• Familiarity with Stellenbosch/ Western Cape market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze potential real estate investment opportunities, including market assessments, feasibility studies, and risk evaluations.
