Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Data Analyst to join their Port Elizabeth team on-site. You will collect, clean, and analyze real estate market data, develop dashboards, and present insights to guide investment and strategy.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in a related field, 2+ years of experience, and strong SQL, Python or R skills with Tableau/Power BI; excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in real estate or finance.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and clean large datasets related to real estate market trends, property values, and sales performance.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify key insights, patterns, and anomalies in the data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to track market performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide data-driven insights for strategic planning.
• Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging data analysis techniques.
• Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
