We are a fast-growing real estate marketing agency looking for a personable, thorough Sales Rep to contact prospective home sellers via telephone. We work on behalf of our clients to call their prospects.

This means that you will be phoning on behalf of different agents and real estate teams, helping to make a difference in people's lives by connecting them with great real estate agents who help them learn more about the home selling process and prepare them to sell their home properly.

2. Fully remote position with a fixed 8 hours shift per day between 9AM-5PM EST.

Responsibilities:

1. Calling our clients' leads to maximize revenue.
2. Being personable and understanding/empathizing with problems.
3. Objection handling and providing value to homeowners.
4. Following up with prospective clients and furthering the sales process.
5. Great phone manners; prospects must be attracted to your tonality.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in English (Proficiency Level B2 and up, spoken and written).
2. Have a cheerful personality and be a people person.
3. Have experience with phone sales.
4. Able to follow step-by-step instructions and keep being creative.
5. Stable internet connection.
6. A good quality headset.
7. Internet speed must be 20mbps download, 10mbps upload.
8. Be able to do the following shifts: 9AM-5PM Eastern Time.

All schedules are in Eastern Time. Once we have hired you and given you a shift slot, you will be expected to do this shift on the same days and times each week. The pay for this role is HIGHLY DEPENDENT ON SKILL.

Our best Sales Rep has an income of $4, USD per month off of commissions.

As this is a sales role, you will need to perform to get paid.

Expect your commission to be the majority of your paycheck.

This means we have NO TIME for lazy sales reps.
