Requirements

• Certified Real Estate Appraiser license/qualification recognized in South Africa.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing Real Estate Appraiser.
• Proven expertise in residential and/or commercial property valuation.
• Strong understanding of appraisal principles, methods, and USPAP (or equivalent local standards).
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in appraisal software (e.g., ACI, TOTAL) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and conduct site visits as required.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mossel Bay, Western Cape, ZA.
