Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent/Property Practitioner based in Port Elizabeth, with some work from home acceptable. The Real Estate Agent/Property Practitioner will be responsible for listing and selling real estate properties, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting clients with the sale and purchase of real property. Day-to-day tasks include showing properties, negotiating contracts, conducting market analysis, and maintaining updated property listings.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid Real Estate License (We will assist in getting one if you don't)
  • Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Some background in sales, marketing or business management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with real estate databases and technology
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with local market conditions in Port Elizabeth is a plus
