Role summary:
Are you passionate about property investing, confident speaking in front of a crowd, and excited to inspire others while making extra income? Join our growing team at SA Property Investors Network (SAPIN) — South Africa’s leading property education and networking platform.

Your job is to present a 2-hour talk to audiences of aspiring and beginner investors. You’ll be introducing them to the world of property investing and showcasing the value of attending Andrew Walker’s renowned 2-Day Property Investment Workshop.

You won’t be doing it alone — a professional crew handles all the logistics, from registration and audio-visual setup to ensuring the room is ready for action. Your focus will be delivering a high-energy, educational, and persuasive presentation using a proven framework that you can make your own.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver a 2-hour presentation (evenings or Saturdays) on strategies like Airbnb, Buy-to-Let, Multi-Let, and more.
2. Educate and inspire the audience, while driving ticket sales for our 2-Day Workshop.
3. Represent the SAPIN brand with confidence, credibility, and authenticity.
4. Use your story and energy to connect with the audience and close sales (tickets range from R3,000 to R5,000).

Who We’re Looking For:

1. Confident communicators who are comfortable presenting to a live audience.
2. Aspiring speakers or sales professionals who want to grow their public speaking and sales skills.

4. Reliable, punctual, and coachable.
5. Happy to work on a commission + basic model (this is not a full-time or part-time job — it’s ideal for a freelancer or side hustler).

What You’ll Get:
