About the job

Northpoint Realty Group is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Broker and Residential Agents.

We offer two models:

1. 70% commission split with a regular agent/broker contract and achievable minimum revenue targets.
2. 80% commission split with additional profit sharing for team leaders managing at least 5 qualifying agents/brokers, at the 70% level.

Performing agents and brokers enjoy a 70% commission split, which exceeds the typical industry standard of 50%.

For team leaders managing at least 5 active agents/brokers, Northpoint offers two income streams:

1. A. Income from personal efforts & turnover
2. - Team leaders receive 80% commission.
3. - Average time to close your first deal: 6 weeks.
4. - Estimated earnings Year 1: R400k - R600k; Year 2 and beyond: R800k+ plus bonuses and incentives.

B. Profit share income from your team

- Up to 6% profit share from gross company commissions on transactions within your team.

- Estimated Year 1 earnings from a team of 10 members: R300k - R450k.

What we require from you

As a Commercial & Industrial Broker or Residential Agent, your responsibilities include:

• Sales and leasing of properties such as offices, warehouses, factories, commercial land, investments, residential, and new commercial developments.
• Prospecting for new tenants and buyers.
• Canvassing for vacancies in residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Adding listings to our marketing channels.
• Matching tenants and buyers with suitable properties.
• Networking with sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
• Negotiating lease and sales agreements.
