Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Senior Real Estate Agent/Team Lead at Grove Properties in Durbanville/ Northern Suburbs with flexibility for some remote work.

The role involves managing property transactions, potentially leading a team of property advisors, fostering client relationships, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

We are looking for senior Residential sales agents and property managers with a track record of delivering exceptional results.

We offer an excellent commission based remuneration structure with ample opportunities for growth and a excellent team, ample support and culture.
