A key government agency is seeking a Regional Facilitator for a fixed-term contract to build strong cooperatives and develop small enterprises. The role focuses on establishing sector-specific cooperatives, guiding their development, and mobilizing communities for effective enterprise growth. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, relevant experience in enterprise development, and critical competencies in advisory services and stakeholder engagement.

JOB GRADE: C5 Minimum Midpoint
Salary Range: R578 561 - R680 660

To build strong cooperatives and collectively owned enterprises at the provincial network level and to act as catalysts in the development of small enterprises.
Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7) in Business Administration, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or Commerce. An additional qualification in Business will be an advantage.
4 – 6 years’ experience in Enterprise Development, with a good understanding of small enterprises and cooperative development sector.
