Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience of at least 57 years in managing complex projects.
2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or PMP certification is preferred.
3. Background in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
4. Expert proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
5. Proficient in project management tools such as Trello or MS Projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver hardware projects in electronic-related fields, specifically electromagnetics or microwave/RF engineering.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Lead, motivate, and manage project teams to ensure cohesive and efficient work.
• Provide direction and support to team members.
• Establish and maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and senior leadership.
• Provide regular project status updates, including financial tracking and expectation management.
