The key purpose of this role is to lead and facilitate the Brewing Raw Materials department to meet production requirements while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key outputs and responsibilities:

1. Assist with all VPO Pillar implementation.
2. Lead brewing raw materials planning, forecasting, ordering, payment, budget control, supplier management, and quality controls.
3. Interpret and implement brewing and production plans to ensure raw material availability.
4. Ensure stock accuracy in SAP and MES systems.
5. Maintain SAP master data accuracy.
6. Ensure MRP KPI compliance.
7. Audit materials stock reconciliation.
8. Provide information to regional production planners, divisional planning, and suppliers.
9. Comply with audit requirements.
10. Participate in problem solving as required.
11. Investigate and minimize material transfer losses.
12. Assist with new material trials as needed.
13. Lead and manage the team.
14. Manage relationships with suppliers.
15. Support DPR Controller and Administrator.
16. Support training and coaching needs.
17. Ensure PTP adherence, VIM queries, and GR/IR follow-up.
18. Maintain hygiene and food safety compliance in all areas.

Minimum requirements:

1. Relevant B Degree or National Diploma.
2. At least 1-year experience in logistics or procurement.
3. Proficiency in PC literacy and SAP.
4. Understanding of brewing materials and processes is advantageous.
5. Good Excel skills.
