The BEverage COMpany is seeking a Raw Material Team Leader to oversee stock control, receiving, and dispatch processes in Middelburg, Mpumalanga. You will ensure timely availability of raw materials and maintain accurate inventory records to support production delivery.

The role emphasises GMP compliance and safe storeroom practices. You will lead stock verification activities, coordinate with operations, and manage documentation while upholding safety standards and efficient material flow

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and maintain stock levels for raw materials and consumables.
• Lead monthly stock counts and ensure accurate stock records.
• Receive deliveries and verify quantities and quality; organise dispatch of finished goods.
• Ensure safe storage and implement GMP and health & safety practices in the storeroom.
• Evaluate and liaise with suppliers and manage documentation.

The purpose of the Raw Material Team Leader is the execution of product dispatching, receiving, and stock control. The Raw Material Team Leader will ensure that the storage area contributes its part in achieving customer delivery excellence and any other reasonable instruction.

• Responsible for is keeping track of what is available in inventory. The storeman must monitor current stock levels to decide if more should be ordered, as well as organizing existing inventory, so it is easily and safely accessible. Monitoring where the inventory is going.
• Replenish production with semi-finished product at predetermined intervals to secure production continuity.
• Maintain stock levels of all raw materials and consumables.
• Responsible for stock takes and daily stock counts.
• Issuing of materials according.
• Stock control administration.

• Accepting all deliveries of stock, raw material, preforms and caps. This includes ensuring that they are not damaged and that everything ordered is present and accounted for. Responsible for organising the dispatch of finished goods and or products (preforms/sugar/cool drinks) internally. Ensures that the raw material and consumables is suitably packaged with no damaged/un-useable stock to be accepted upon receipt of delivery.
• Receive and manage all packaging material to the warehouse.
• Physical inspection of all raw materials transferred to other plants to ensure correct items in correct quantity.

• Ensuring the safety and security of the stock. This takes the form of ensuring that there are adequate security systems in place. Enforce health and safety rules and train staff on proper practice within the storeroom.
• GMP gap rectification.

• Maintain stock levels of all raw materials and consumables.

• Provide timely and appropriate energetic responses to operations request for information and assistance.
