Salary: R35 000 – R40 000 CTC per month.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in a 2nd or 3rd line IT infrastructure support role
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux servers and SQL databases
• Prior exposure to PACS/RIS or other medical imaging systems (preferred)
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, VLANs)
• Experience with virtualisation platforms (e.g., VMware or Hyper-V)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Healthcare or radiology IT experience is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor servers, networks, and databases supporting radiology systems
• Provide Level 2/3 support for PACS, RIS, and imaging workstations
• Ensure data integrity through regular backups and disaster recovery processes
• Oversee cybersecurity measures and assist with network segmentation
• Support DICOM connectivity between modalities and imaging systems
• Liaise with clinicians and vendors for upgrades, troubleshooting, and projects
• Document system configurations and manage user accounts and IT assets
