Job description

A diploma or degree in Sales and Marketing would be advantageous.

Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ customer relations experience.

Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ sales experience.

Background in Retail / FMCG would be advantageous.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal - English and Afrikaans.

The ability to thrive under pressure.

Team-player.

Duties:
  1. Achieving sales targets and completing the sales journey.
  2. Offering strategic / creative solutions to clients.
  3. Seeing all customers at least once over an eight-week period and meeting the required weekly store visits and client call targets.
  4. Educating clients on new service offerings and consolidating reports.
  5. Creating sales proposals to pitch to clients, updating sales pipeline weekly, and preparing sales store plan to discuss with management on a monthly basis.
  6. Feedback reporting on sales, including strategy to close sales gaps.
  7. Attending both internal and external planned sales training throughout the year.

This position will be servicing the Gauteng region as well as frequent trips to the Eastern Cape to service this region.
