You'll be diving deep into RF circuitry, improving manufacturability, and ensuring each product that leaves the line is world-class.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Fault-finding and repairing high-value / low-volume hardware
  • Designing and maintaining test systems
  • Identifying optimisation opportunities and implementing solutions
  • Improving sensor performance and PCBA reliability
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement
  • Training staff, sharing knowledge, and building excellence into every process
What You'll Need
  • B.Eng. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • 2+ years in an electronic engineering environment (especially RF circuitry)
  • Hands-on experience with THT & SMD rework
  • Comfortable using MS Office and communicating professionally
  • Exposure to ISO facilities, MRP / ERP systems, or RF testing equipment is a big plus
  • Analytical, detail-driven, and technically curious
  • A confident communicator and collaborative team player
  • Motivated by ownership and accountability
  • Passionate about engineering excellence and customer satisfaction
