Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced R&D Scientist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving innovation, conducting research, and developing new products to meet market demands. This role requires a strong scientific background, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct research and development activities to create new products and improve existing ones, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Design and execute experiments, analyse data, and interpret results to guide product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance, to bring new products from concept to market.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and technological advancements to drive innovation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of research activities, including lab notebooks, technical reports, and regulatory submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety guidelines.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to other departments and stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Present research findings and product proposals to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
