Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Research actives, ingredients, and materials for new products in collaboration with the R&D Head of Department.
2. Develop new products based on customer requirements or internal briefs.
3. Provide educational support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and support sales efforts.
4. Assist with technical and scientific inquiries from sales representatives and clients.
5. Maintain and update product information on marketing materials.
6. Gather feedback from sales representatives regarding samples and compile summaries to present to management.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Assist with scientific raw material information for quality dossiers and ensure product dossiers meet regulatory standards. Keep product information updated and set up Product Data Sheets using standardized templates.
8. Compile and maintain international regulatory documentation for submissions, and stay informed of regulatory changes.
9. Ensure product labeling and IFU are current, compliant, and reflect regulatory requirements. Support marketing content development for websites and marketing materials.
10. Product Support: Prepare product information for training manuals, marketing materials, and packaging inserts. Assist in compiling technical data and ensure Quality Control procedures are followed.
11. Support manufacturing processes to align scaled-up production with development protocols.
12. Manage customer complaints related to products: identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and communicate with relevant parties, including liaising with the QA Manager.
13. Address technical and scientific questions from clients.
