SUMMARY:
R and D and formulation of new products, regulatory issues of the product range and clinical and product support
POSITION INFO:
- Research actives/ingredients/materials for new products together with the
- R&D Head of Department
- Develop new products as per customer or in house needs and briefs.
- Sales Support
- Provide educational support to the sales team to support sales
- Responsible for assisting with technical and scientific related questions from
- sales representatives and clients
- Assist with keeping product information on marketing material updated
- Get feedback from sales reps regarding samples and compiling a summary
- of the feedback to present to management
- Regulatory Compliance
- Assist with the scientific raw material information for the quality dossiers
- Ensure that product dossiers are fully aligned with regulatory requirements at all times
- Keep all information regarding the products updated
- Set up Product Data Sheets for new products according to a standardized
- template
- Compile international regulatory documentation for submission and keep
- record and keep up to date with regulatory changes and requirements
- Ensure that information provided to end user (labelling, IFU) are change
- controlled, up to date and in accordance with regulatory requirements. This will
- entail assisting the marketing department with content for the website and
- sales support/marketing material.
- Product Support
- Compile product information for training manuals, marketing materials and
- package inserts
- Assist with compiling technical information with respect to all products and
- ensure that all Quality Control procedures are met
- Assist with product manufacturing from time to time to ensure that scaled
- up manufacturing processes are fully aligned with development procedures
- Manage product-related customer complaints: determine the root cause, plan
- and implement corrective action plans, communicate with the relevant parties
- to address the complaint. Liaise with QA Manager at all times if the complaint is
- a reportable event.
- Assist with technical and scientific related questions from clients.
