Summary Statement:
The purpose of this position is to assist the aftermarket team in ensuring best management practices are followed in all areas of responsibility. This includes meeting key performance criteria, service delivery objectives, procedures, and actions, promoting a customer-oriented service, and implementing actions aligned with the company's strategic vision.
Key Performance Areas:
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This list is not exhaustive and may be updated to meet business needs. The role also requires assisting the supervisor/manager with additional duties as needed, including:
Additional administrative tasks related to invoices and service schedules may be required. The role also involves generating scheduled and ad-hoc reports as requested by management or support staff.
