Quarry Operations Supervisor - Caribbean Opportunity

Location: Antigua and Barbuda (Full Relocation & Work Permit Provided)

Type: Full-Time, On-Site (Not Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Quarry Operations Supervisor to join our client in Antigua on their Concrete Plant. The Quarry Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating operational and administrative activities specific to the Quarry, the Primary and the Secondary Crushers to ensure smooth daily operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee blasting activities in alignment with the Quarry Plan.
  • Organize and manage crushing operations at both production plants.
  • Allocate tasks and resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Coordinate and supervise activities at both Primary and Secondary Crushers.
  • Ensure all mobile and fixed plant equipment is maintained as per the Preventative Maintenance Schedule.
  • Enforce adherence to all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations by staff involved in quarry and crushing operations.
  • Maintain accurate administrative and operational records such as time sheets, production reports, and safety documentation.
  • Assist with procurement processes, including ordering supplies, tools, and services, and tracking inventory.
  • Manage payroll-related inputs such as recorded working hours and leave.
  • Coordinate transportation of materials, staff, and equipment as needed.
  • Support compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety legislation.
  • Prepare and submit reports for both internal management and regulatory authorities.
  • Assist with audits, site inspections, and the renewal of licenses and permits.
