Job summary

Cosmo Central Group in Cape Town seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee cost planning, estimation, and financial control of construction projects.

You will be responsible for measurement, cost plans, cash flow management, contract compliance, and mentoring project staff, while maintaining rigorous reporting and records for audit readiness.

Qualifications

• BSc (QS), BTech (QS), NDip (QS) or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a construction or engineering environment.
