About the Role
As a Quality Test Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing manual and automation tests. You will be involved in planning and executing effective and efficient manual and automation testing to ensure the on-time and efficient delivery of high-quality software products and/or data.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing automated and manual testing for assigned projects to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products and services on time, on budget, and to specification.
- Leveraging AI to optimize test case generation, coverage, and maintenance.
- Interacting with Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, and Operations teams to plan testing for product delivery and enhancements, ensuring products meet requirements and quality standards.
- Maintaining flexibility to react quickly to changes in priorities or circumstances to meet business needs.
- Reporting issues and results, researching and identifying root causes, and documenting accordingly.
- Researching available tools and participating in initiatives to implement those that will enhance testing capabilities and product quality.
- Conducting project reviews, defining review criteria, and implementing procedures for ensuring quality control of project deliverables.
- Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and automation to continuously improve testing strategies and frameworks.
Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of QA Test Engineering experience.
- Have a BS in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Be proficient in technologies such as C# and Selenium.
- Have a solid understanding of QA methodologies and process improvement.
- Have advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to develop and execute automated and manual testing.
- Have research skills and the ability to identify and implement continuous improvement practices.
