Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Technology is required.
• Degree in Food Science is preferred.
• 1-2 years’ technical FMCG experience is advantageous.
• 1-2 years’ supervision experience in FMCG environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and design/implement adequate control measures for all product and manufacturing processes.
• Verify PRPs with regards to customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain zero tolerance to customer complaints / non-conformances / audit findings; investigate and improve documented system.
• Oversee micro sampling and trend analysis of environment, raw materials and final products.
• Oversee cross-contamination controls and ensure product/process hygiene standards.
• Log, trend and provide feedback on quality metrics and deviations.
